Yep. I remember we drove to Richmond for a Democratic Party function from Fairfax (NOVA) where I went to school. We were predomiantely Virginians and or upper classmen, and one of the freshmen who was from Long Island was just shocked to see the CSA flag in a small town that we stopped in for lunch.

Shit, you can see a huge one from I-95 in South Stafford and bunches more if you go down some of the side roads.
