Yes, the sunscreen is the thing. I can tell immediately if somebody my age has used it or not. Sun ages the skin something fierce and those tanning beds are the worst. I’m married to a chemist in the personal care industry so I get all kinds of nice goodies for the skin. He made up this really nice cream during my pregnancy and it totally prevented stretch marks.
But none of that has stopped me from sprouting gray hair! Yuck.

I never go out in the sun without a hat.
