I find it grimly amusing that cozy working relations between developers and journalists in gaming is some kind of big deal, compared to the massive abdication of duty and total malfeasance of the main stream media on just about every issue under the sun. And that isn’t even getting into the abomination that is Fox News.

Its not even that. They’re objecting to people having OPINIONS about games. Some of the victims were saying it would be nice to have more character options than simply Generic White Guy, or that maybe games based around wholesale graphic murder and torture weren’t necessarily the greatest thing ever. This caused an avalanche of bullshit about how they needed to STFU and just talk about great the graphics and gameplay of “Facestabber Simulator” was.

Its total and complete bullshit and I will not stand for it
