Absolutely. I stopped reading newspapers 10 years ago and completely stopped watching all TV news programs 5 or 6 years ago. Watch someone give a speech on CSPAN and then read the reactions and listen to how they characterize the speech and see how they would flat out lie about what the person said. I’d much rather read a transcript of a speech to understand what the person said than have some talking head on tv tell me what they thought they heard the person say.
