since hanging out with my poor Hispanic buddies, I now roast all my sweetcorn on the grill…peel back the husk for a handle, and eat it unadorned of salt and butter…it’s heavenly

We grew up not putting much butter on it. Just lightly salted. Gets a little messy with too much butter. I’ve actually just been buying canned corn recently. I just eat it straight out of the can more less. I love it.
