Probably. But I take the word of the police in cases like this where the perp was found with a gun and drugs on him. Lots of this sort of gang shit in Chicago, and I have very hostile attitude towards the thugs who deal drugs and murder. Yesterday one of their stray shots killed a six-year old waiting to go to church with her grandmother in Chicago. So I’m not going to cry any tears because some drug-gang scumbag got shot by police.
