They love Rick Santorum: “There is no Constitutional right to privacy.”

He might be right that the word doesn’t show up in there (and neither does the word/name “god”, but has that ever made a difference to him). But it does say at one point:

Amendment 4 - Search and Seizure

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

Sounds like my privacy cannot be infringed upon without a very good reason.
