The EV batteries are DC and the end posts are protected so there is no real electrocution possibility when underwater. Now, damage the batteries so the coolent leaks and exposes the lithium, then expolson time but still not electrocution.

The better question is getting the window to go down when the car is under water, since as we know, that can cause deaths if not accomplished.
