Police claim Sandra Bland hung herself with a plastic garbage bag.

Is that even possible??

She had a new job, and was put in jail for not signaling a lane change; it doesn’t seem like a legal situation that would make you abandon hope.
This needs to be investigated thoroughly by federal authorities.
