I don’t believe it’s a real fight. I think this is a scripted, staged controversy intended to make people think the majority of the GOP doesn’t want a federal abortion ban. Lindsey is the fall guy.

If the GOP gets control of Congress, there will be a federal abortion ban so fast your head will spin.

I’m not going to argue against that but I suspect Lindsey and Turtle have been talking but Kirk being in on it doesn’t add up to me. He’s an Extremist’s Extremist and him saying something reasonable contrary to the Right Wing elite’s mixed messaging is hard for me to accept. These are cunning folks, but not smart or wise. I don’t think they have the discipline as a group to work together on a chess level strategy. They’ve always been checkers.
