Why? Both the Dems and Repubs want this, in one flavor or the other. They all have a lot of special interest to pay back. Calling or writing or what ever is not going to change anything.

You’re undoubtedly more pragmatic about the way you look at this than I am. I’m not going down without a fight. I have kids, and they will have kids and I will not abandon ship on my watch or whatever the saying is…..and leave this mess to our kids.
