The National Weather Service has this breaking story.

NYC has officially broken 90 degrees for the first time during the calendar summer (June, July, and August). It’s the first time since April the temps have gone 90 degrees or higher (April 26 and April 28).

At no time since records have been kept has NYC ever gone June, July and August without a 90 degree day. Twice before has only one 90 degree day been recorded.

We now return to our regularly scheduled weather…

A 3 month trend is not climate - that is just weather. Now if they go 2 years then we can officially say GW is dead.
