He did, and good news is 90% of the time they offer the plea rather than go to trial. Turns out he went to school with the son of the attorney he chose and turnspawn2 goes to school with his other son. So I think there is a good Jesuit connection there. Fees are $1000 all in unless it goes to trial then ca-ching!
