According to the video the Taliban claims they got 18 prisoners in exchange. They might be full of shit or maybe there were some releases from Pakistan or a Bagrahm Air Force Base or something.

Well, it would be irresponsible not to speculate. In the meantime, I will ascribe 50% value to Obama’s claim and 50% to the Taliban’s.

The truth is probably somewhere in the middle. When will Politifact address this?
