On a crime related note I read that Chicago had seven (7) shooting deaths within a 24 hour period during the weekend.

Tis the season. My wife and I call it “shooting season,’ i.e., summer. Up here in Milwaukee we only had four reported shootings (one around the block from my office) and I think only one death.
