Are they implying that Roberts has no mind of his own and is easily swayed by outside influence? I have to say, I disagree with practically everything Scalia, Alito, and Thomas stand for but I think they’re motivated by their interpretation of the Constitution, one I think is a little nonsensical mind you but I don’t think they’re really subject to outside influences telling them to vote a certain way.
