Apparently, he was doing like 100+ MPH through his gated community recently and that drew the ire of fellow resident Keyshawn Johnson who chased down Bieber’s Ferrari in his (not making this up) Prius. Bieber ran inside his house rather than confront an angry Johnson (what happened to the tough guy who threatens photographers?).

I was probably an asshole at 19, but I was nothing like this. I hope they throw the book at him.

His mother turned him over to an American promoter when he was 14. She was 17 when she got pregnant w/him and his parents never married, he and his mother allegedly living in public housing and her working menial jobs and wanting a music career for him. What kind of chance has he ever had to grow up, knowing he was a meal ticket for people?
