They want all the rights, but none of the responsibilities or legal restrictions, of individuals. They want to be able to rule their employees lives by their own religious beliefs, but they want to also be able to skip out on their employees pensions if shit hits the fan.

The corporate “person” is already potentially immortal and sociopathic by design. The last thing in the world we need is for the courts to give such “legal persons” rights to be religious zealots.

First amendment rights for corporations is already ridiculous. What’s next —- the second?
