Peeps up to date on intel laptops: i currently have a dell with a dual core celeron. Im looking at a used dell fot $120 - its got a i5-520m dual core 2.9ghz & i can stick my memory and disk from the old one into it. How big a perf boost would it be? 8gb ram and 1tb disk swapped in.

I think that really depends on what model celeron.
