Rhodes fired his current attorneys because they won’t file frivolous motions or pursue the Ray Epps conspiracy theory. If you don’t know, Epps is a Trumper who was at the insurrection, and a theory developed that he was a government plant. As a result, his life was ruined and he now lives out of an RV, running from his fellow Trumpers.

Twist: James Bright jumps in to protest the judge letting Ed Tarpley into the case, saying he does not want Tarpley sitting at the table with them. He begins to say why, but Mehta stops him, saying they probably should not get into this on the public record
