Switch out mosque for church and see how quickly the right wing screams oppression and violation of 1A rights and sacrilege.

There are religious groups and orders in this country that preach hate and violence. Cults. You’ve got white supremacists and hate groups that mix a version of Odinism or Christianity into their racism, hatred, and seek a race war, terrorism, and other violence to come.

Order those shut?

Would never happen because you call them a church.

But Muslims, who make up a fraction of a percent of all Americans? Yeah, violate their civil rights Trump. Violate their constitutional rights.

What’s pathetic isn’t just that Trump is saying this - it’s all the right wingers who are more than willing to go along with it.

It’s a sad fact but in America you can talk about actually stripping Muslims constitutional rights and it’s acceptable while secular law is seen as discrimination against Christians.
