He is still a human being who is clearly having mental problems. What I would like to see is the law enforcement handling this properly (by getting the crazies off the phone and a trained professional on it) and then this same type of response extended in every other appropriate situation, which is what I said downstairs.

Because, ultimately, if it was someone I loved in that situation, that is the response I would want to see.
