Yup. RCP also is a self-selecting bias towards R. Even with that, RCP doesn’t show Trump anywhere near winning in November. Other polling aggregates show Clinton with a consistent lead, particularly with the EC and likely voters, which is what polls will transition to as we get closer to November.
