Lamb is not exotic.

Black bear. Ostrich. Aligator. Heck, even elk I can see being exotic. But lamb? Nothing in this world like a gently pan fried lamb chop in butter & herbs on a bed of wild rice.

Heh that’s true. I can never remember having a home cooked meal of lamb though so it’s exotic to me. I have had ostrich, gator, and elk though.
