Speculation:

Bannon is supposedly urging the president to “fight back” and urging Congress to cut Mueller’s funding. If he does… who’s that Cali billionaire funding the impeachment ad campaign, would he step in to pick up the bills for the investigation to continue? Maybe Bloomberg and Buffett would contribute as well.
