Oh, sure. Turnout can increase. The larger problem is the fact that the Texas GOP can and will gerrymander the shit out of everything and could also change the electoral rules around here.

They won’t go down without a fight. They will do what they have to do to stay in power. The national GOP knows that if they lose Texas, they cease being a national party and become an irrelevant regional party. Simply increasing voter turnout isn’t enough.
