No, they should stand with most of Americans who aren’t hedge fund and Wall Street bankers.
Good grief, we regular taxpayers don’t get any real returns on regular savings, most of us have to pay income tax on our pitiful savings interest and what non-tax-exempt dividends we may have.
The entire CitiGroup-written rider needs to be cut completely out of the bill.
