When we switched from DSL to U-verse, we were without home Internet for a month.

Thankfully most of that month we were gone (Christmas) because it would not have been pretty otherwise.

It still wasn’t pretty, and took some escalating, culminating in phone calls and using insider connections to get some service now, DAMMIT.

At least it’s worked pretty much perfectly since then.

It just took a bit longer for the NSA backdoor to get installed.
