There’s going to be a laundry list of federal charges. The initial indictment is going to be superseded with far more charges, which could include domestic terrorism, weapons, vandalism, theft, tampering with public utility systems, damaging Native American artifacts, and unauthorized access of federal computer networks. There’s going to be conspiracy charges on top of everything else. And these guys will spend the better part of the rest of their lives occupying some prime federal real estate - prison.

The evidence of all these crimes and the conspiracy? Everything that they published online in video and diaries and photographs of same.

Fairly credible press reports that explosives were brought into the reserve. Accuracy and definitions are always an issue with such reports.
