I would need to know the species of the plants to judge by the leaves. Sorry, my brother is a batrychologist and I think I got some on me.
I typed the species mentioned in the tweet into Google and went to the Wiki page.
I was wrong…they are tiny.
Males are.79 to .94” long and females are .75” to .90” long.
And they are poisonous. Watch out for them when in the Andes.
