God may forgive people who think it’s OK to separate children from their parents, but I won’t.

I know. It’s one thing if say we disagree on fiscal policy but on this, it’s not a difference of opinion, it’s a difference of morality. And I haev struggled with that so much in this era though I concede I’m luckier than most are since my immediate family for the most part is pretty sane politically.
