Wisconsin disliked Clinton and had a bunch of Russian influenced votes go to Stein. Remove those influences and in this last election, despite the gerrymandering, EVERY statewide office went Democrat. Don’t think we have to have Biden - just someone who has positive name recognition rather than negative like Hillary had.
