Point was, why spend money on alien outfits when they have warehouses full of perfectly good pinstripe suits and cowboy hats?

The two time travel to Earth episodes I can remember, and I’m not going to look up the names of the episodes, was the one with Joan Collins set in Depression era America, and the one involving a then contemporary space launch where they encounter an alien and in which Teri Garr appeared. That episode was supposed to set up a new series that was never made.
