Musicians make their money on live shows. Until they get big enough to negotiate a good contract for themselves, and there we’re talking BIG. I know quite a few folks who make their living in music, and that’s the story. I’m not saying piracy is a good thing, but I don’t think the musicians are the ones that are hurt.
