These are people that don’t know and don’t care. They don’t care about what PP does; they care only to eliminate access to abortion (which is still legal in the US), and since PP is a major provider of abortion services in the US, it is their intention to do everything imaginable to shut them down.

That includes lying and smearing and making bogus claims in the hopes that someone buys into it - especially in Congress, so that funding is slashed.

Of course, any funding cuts to PP means millions of women whose health care is through PP is cut, putting their health at risk.

These anti-abortion folks are so pro-life that they can’t care about the lives of women now alive. The put the existence of zygotes ahead of those girls and women who get contraceptive, reproductive, and general health care through PP.
