A guy here in GA was killed by a SWAT team in a small town near me last year. The guy who informed on him was a known drug dealer who’d been in trouble with law enforcement in the town. He lied and said the man was a drug dealer. He wasn’t. The SWAT team broke into his home around 11 PM. He and his wife thought a burglar was breaking into their home to commit a crime. He told her to hide, went and got his gun, and when the SWAT team members saw that he was armed, they opened fire on him and killed him in his own home. An investigation, of course, exonerated the SWAT team members.
