This resolution is such a long term terrible idea that I really kind of hope they manage to pass it without Pence breaking the tie. Assuming of course that he’s even allowed to break ties on such toothless “sense of the Senate” horse shit (he probably is.) They’re just setting a trap for themselves once the transcripts are released and they have to confront an avalanche of evidence with this idiotic vote on their records.
