Isn’t it that Texas won’t allow a candidate to run for more than one office at a time in a general election? IOW, Gohmert doesn’t have to immediately resign to run for AG, but can’t be on the ballot for Congress for reelection?

So the good news is that the House will finally be rid of Louie Gohmert: the bad news is that the State of Texas is likely to be saddled with him as AG…..

Does the Texas constitution have a mechanism for removing an AG? Because if he’s elected, they’re going to want to after his first twenty lawsuits against the US Government.
