Wow, I feel like I’m entering the twilight zone of the recession. Yesterday the owner & employees of our business answering service got locked out for non-payment of rent. Trouble is, the owner is in trouble with the IRS who’s taking all of her revenue, not just a portion. Today I contacted the water company in the town where we have another piece of property as I noticed water was being used in an empty house. LOL We have squatters. Waiting to hear back from the sheriff’s department.
