Problem 1) What would a non-violent movement want with weapons?

Problem 2) Clandestine Operations means you don’t talk about them, so even if Obama did provide them with anything, he wouldn’t tell anyone about it.

Problem 3) Providing weapons and support to foreign groups hasn’t exactly gone that well for us in the past.
