Well, the US cared enough to give lots of support to Iraq. Who were the aggressors, the invaders against Iran.

I think the current government of Iran is totally corrupt, evil as shit. But to the Iranian people— what must they think of us, when we armed their greatest enemy, including with chemical weapons? There are Iranians dead from weapons fired by Iraqis, sold to them by the US.

And we toppled their democracy.

We need to consider that, when we consider our future with Iran.

Our past with them.
