Why not unilaterally annex the remaining part of the Ukraine, appoint Mitt Romney dicatator so that they can learn how a *real* robber baron works, and then start a massive military build-up there contracted through Halliburton so that Chysler, Boeing, etc. can make a pile of bucks.
(And then Dick Cheney wakes up, realizes it is a dream, and softly weeps.)
