I actually listen to his show just about every day. He’s a very common-sense centrist to left-leaning guy (He would fit in nicely here). The conservatives that do call in are rarely wing-nuts. When he does get a wingnut, he’s very polite and cordial, but slaps them down with facts and reality.

I remember when Smerconish was considered a pretty right-wing radio guy, when he used to appear regularly on CNN (back when I still watched cable news).

It’s kind of comforting that not every talk radio host has dived into the deep end of the RWNJ Crazy Pool.
