That’d be the same DMVs that GOPs are underfunding/defunding and limiting hours as “cost cutting” measures that also diminish the ability of people to go and get ID that is essential for voting, especially in states where the GOP has instituted VoterID rules.

He’s for screwing people over with limited hours and poor service, because it’s in furtherance of reducing the pool of voters that oppose his jackassery.
