The Roberts Court will be responsible for remaking the law - judicial activism from the far right, which intends to completely undo the administrative state.

Screw the FDA, EPA, Energy Dept., all of it.

And the IRS. Especially the IRS.

These fuckers want to unravel the ability of agencies to promulgate regulations, because Congress delegates the details to the agency experts, instead of trying to do that themselves. It’s done that way for a reason - because not enough folks in Congress are truly an expert in the kinds of matters that bubble up to Congress.

You’d never get a tax bill done because so much of it is left to the IRS to promulgate regulations to implement and administer the tax law that Congress couldn’t be bothered to figure out how to work. Rinse and repeat for all the other agencies.
