There was a computer scientist who did a couple of videos on TikTok who wrote a program to figure this out. The 2 best starting words are ROATE then LINDS.

Are those real words?
I thought Wordle had a specific list of five-letter words that fit the puzzle.
And despite what (he says modestly) is a reasonably extensive vocabulary, I don’t recognize them.
