Argybargy is abstract uncountable and does not take the plural form.
Seriously though, I’d be hard pressed to find a non-regional British word that wouldn’t be understood by, and find use in, Australasia. Same would go for most US vernacular, though a lot of that comes down to the dominance of the popular entertainment space.
On the other hand, from the lands down under, we could begin with “bogan” and “hoon”.
