So with this latest batch of Kona beans I’ve been getting into cold brew. This is a dark roast and it tastes pretty good but a high-quality medium is probably the best for cold brew. I just about have the ratios right. The first batch was 4 cups water to 1 cup of coarse French Press grind. Boy was I flying all day. I’m good with two cups and about a 1/3rd cup of grind.
