It’s other repubs that are saying they have questions. concerns. Has Cantor previously backed him for something? (not that it matters, as cantor has no vote)

McConnell? I wouldn’t be so sure that he votes for Hagel in the end. Cantor? I don’t know and it ultimately doesn’t matter as he has no vote but McConnell’s and McCain’s and Graham’s past words do matter for something though I hink those two are more likely to vote for him in the end than McCOnnell.
