Third option: they’ve taken over the GOP and it’s begun shrinking enough to trigger the various state “third party” rules. They are in enough power positions that this is possible.
But yeah, by around 2024 it becomes pretty much obvious to everyone.
And no, they won’t give up politics. This face of our nation has been around since pretty much the beginning. See as one example the history of how “in God we Trust” wound up on coins after a century (or more) of effort.
I confess I’m not that familiar with the various state “third party” rules. Could you elaborate or point me in the right direction on that issue?
